At Lumosia Fragrances, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
